Traffic Information Request Application

I worked on the writing in the Traffic Information Request Application as well as the web content for it.

The team consisted of many people, but I worked very closely with the Traffic Manager, Business Analyst and UX Designer to ensure the content aligned with business needs, user needs, and met our voice and tone standards.

Working as part of the team, I was able to help meet the business needs and user needs to create a clear experience for the user to complete their task.

This project was done using an agile approach. I attended sprints/ sprint planning, etc.
